Quick Beef Stroganoff

  • 1½ pound round steak, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup flour
  • Pepper
  • Meat tenderizer
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Parsley
  • ¼ cup butter or oil

Sprinkle beef strips with tenderizer as label directs. Dust beef with flour and brown in butter. Add mushrooms and pepper. Pour in onion soup, cover, and simmer about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and slowly stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles with a sprinkling of parsley.
