FRUIT CUP
Fresh or whole frozen fruits are ideal because they are less sweet than canned fruit. Serve whole, halves, or cut in attractive sizes (not too small). Add lemon or lime juice for a refreshing tartness. To blend the flavors, prepare in advance and chill. Serve cold. Eat with spoon.
In Orange Cups: Serve any combination of fruit in hollowed-out orange halves. Garnish with watercress or mint.
Frozen Fruit Cocktail: Pour cold gingerale over cut-up fruit and tiny sweet green grapes. Freeze to a mush. Serve in sherbet glasses.
