Blue Point oysters are best. Clean oysters, chill. Wash oyster shells and serve oysters in the deepest halves of the shells. Arrange 5 to 7 on a plate of crushed ice. Place a tiny cup of cocktail sauce in the center and add a wedge of lemon.
