Cheese-Anchovy Spread

Mix together three 3-oz. pkg. white cream cheese softened with cream, anchovy paste to taste (about ½ tube), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a dash of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. scraped onion, ¼ bottle capers, ¼ tsp. paprika.

Cheese-Olive-Anchovy

Mix together three 3-oz. pkg. white cream cheese softened with cream, anchovy paste to taste (about ½ tube), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a dash of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. scraped onion, ¼ bottle capers, ¼ tsp. paprika.)

Same as above except use minced chives in place of onion, and chopped stuffed olives in place of capers.
