Eggnog

Beat together

• 1 egg. well beaten 
• 2 tbsp sugar

Beat in…

• 1 cup chilled rich milk 
• ¼ tsp vanilla*

*1½ tbsp, sherry flavoring and 1 tbsp, either brandy or rum flavoring may be substituted for

Serve cold in tall glass sprinkled lightly with nutmeg

Fruit Eggnog

Make recipe above using 2 tbsp. fruit or 1 tbsp. fruit juice (grape, orange, cherry juice, etc.) instead of vanilla and nutmeg.

Chocolate Eggnog

Make recipe above with 2 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup and omit sugar.
