Chicken En Route

  • Chicken pieces, enough for 4
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt.
  • Fat for frying
  • 4 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Combine seasonings and rub into chicken. Fry in ½ inch hot fat for 15 minutes, or until chicken is browned. Turn and sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds. Continue cooking for 15 minutes longer.
