Soften ⅓ cup Roquefort or blue cheese, ¼ cup white cream cheese; blend with 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, ¼ to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and onion and lemon juice. A perfect dip for cauliflowerettes.
