Sausage and Fried Apple Rings
1 lb. package of link sausage
4 apples
Cook sausages slowly. Core un- peeled apples and cut them cross- wise into ¼ to ½ inch slices. When sausages are half-cooked, add apple rings and cook until done on both sides. Pour off excess fat as it accumulates.
